1. Data controller

DontPayFull SRL is established in Romania and applies the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) to all personal data it processes. For visitors in New Zealand we also follow the Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

2. Data we process

You do not need an account to use Shopilo Deals, and we do not ask for payment or delivery details.

• Technical data sent by your browser when you visit the site (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, date and time), processed by our servers and our hosting and security providers.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page.
• If you enable analytics or marketing cookies: usage data collected by those tools (see section 4).
• If you email us: your email address, name and the content of your message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Running the site securely, preventing abuse and fixing errors: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Answering your messages: our legitimate interest in replying, or taking steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Keeping records required by law: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Cookies and Google Consent Mode

Under applicable privacy laws, we only use cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary after you agree. Our banner offers three categories: necessary (always on, for example storing your cookie choice), analytics (understanding how the site is used) and marketing (attributing purchases to our links and measuring advertising).

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you make a choice, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to "denied", so Google tags may not store cookies. Your choice updates these signals. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:

5. Links to shops and affiliate networks

When you click an offer, you leave our site and go to the shop, often through an affiliate network link (for example Awin, CJ Affiliate or 2Performant). The network and the shop may set their own cookies to record that you came from Shopilo Deals, so that a commission can be paid. They process this data under their own privacy policies.

6. Recipients and transfers

We share data only with providers that help us run the site (hosting, content delivery and security, email) and, if you consent, with analytics and advertising providers such as Google. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation and are then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use your rights, email [email protected].

You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). You can also contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro), which supervises DontPayFull SRL as a company established in Romania.

Children

Shopilo Deals is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
