2. The service
Shopilo Deals is a free information service that compares product prices from third-party online shops. We are not a seller: we do not sell products, take payments or process orders.
3. Buying from a shop
When you click an offer, you go to the shop's website. Any purchase is a contract between you and the shop only. Price, delivery, returns, warranty and customer service are governed by the shop's terms. Please read them before you buy.
4. Accuracy of information
Product data, prices, stock and discounts come from the shops and are refreshed regularly, but they can change or contain errors. The price and conditions shown on the shop's website at checkout apply. Images and descriptions are provided by shops and brands for information only.
5. Commissions and ranking
We may earn a commission from shops or affiliate networks when you buy after clicking a link on our site. This does not cost you anything and does not change the order of results.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other users, for example by overloading it with automated requests, trying to bypass security measures, or copying substantial parts of the database for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, texts and database are protected. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify products and shops.
8. Liability
We take care to show correct information but cannot guarantee that every price or detail is complete, current or error-free, and we are not responsible for the products, services or websites of shops. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
